Certified Physical Therapist-full time/per diem/part time – Assesses patients’ medical status/functional loss and establishes and implements a plan of treatment that provides for achievement of optimum level of function using sound judgment and psychological sensitivity.  Maintains a high level of professional expertise and assumes responsibility for professional growth and development.  Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with certificate, BS, MS, or PhD, and be eligible for licensing or licensed by the  State of California. 

Physical Therapist-Home Health Full time, part tiem and per diem – The Home Health Physical Therapist assesses patients and their medical status/functional loss and establishes and implements a plan of care that provides for achievement of optimum level of function using sound judgment and psychological sensitivity within a health care team model.  He/she maintains a high level of professional expertise and assumes responsibility for professional growth and development. 

Certified Physical Therapy Assistant – Assists the Physical Therapist in providing medically prescribed Physical Therapy treatments to restore function and prevent disability. The Physical Therapy Assistant will be able to function in an independent manner and will be responsible to the supervising Home Health Physical Therapist.  Must me eligible for licensing or is already licensed in by the State of California. 

Radiology Technologist (CT tech)- Responsible for radiographic examinations utilizing diagnostic radiographic equipment. Provides direct patient care to patients of all ages, including transportation for services. Contributes to the efficient operation of the department, ensuring the quality and continuity of patient care. Must have satisfactory completion of formal Radiology Technology training in an AMA approved school. Must have ARRT & CPR certification. Have CRT license or CRT license eligibility. Additionally interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with patients and families, all radiology staff, referring physicians, nursing, etc.

Ultrasound Tech-Responsible for ultrasound examination utilizing diagnostic ultrasound equipment. Provides direct patient care to patients of all ages, including transportation services. Contributes to the efficient operation of the department, ensuring the quality and continuity of patient care. Assists in the orientation of new employees. Position qualifications include satisfactory completion of formal training in ultrasound. Maintains current RDMS certification (or eligibility for) and CPR certification. Has excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with patients and families, all radiology staff, referring physicians, nursing, scheduling, volunteers, vendors, and administration that may or may not be under physical and/or emotional stress. Ability to maintain confidential information standards. As well as experience with a variety of technical skills specifically in ultrasound.

Mammo Tech- The tech maintains production and quality of mammograms by following established standards and procedures; developing mammograms, observing mammogram results. Ensures operation of mammography equipment, documents patient mammogram services by completing patient record charting. The Mammography Tech position is part time but could be full time if candidate has other modalities.

Phlebotomist- Full Time, part time & per diem– The phlebotomist assists in the operation of the laboratory by obtaining specimens, accessioning laboratory tests in LIS, preparing specimens for transport, and maintaining supplies.  Must have phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma or the equivalent, and current CPR certification.   Computer skills are desirable.

Clinical Lab Scientists (CLS)(Part-Time)-The Clinical Laboratory Specialist is responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of the basic theories, principles and practices of Clinical Laboratory Science and a working knowledge of the literature and current developments in the field of Clinical Laboratory Science.
