CNO Qualifications:Minimum 5 years working in an acute hospital setting
Current RN or NP License in California
Experience in nursing leadership at manager level or above
Prefer Masters level education
Ability to balance nursing, patient, provider and hospital needs
Ability to set direction for safe, effective patient care, positive provider relations, nursing recruitment and retention and allowing patients an exceptional experience
Understanding of current Federal and State regulatory environment
Expert verbal and written communications skills.

Registered Nurse -pertains to all positions below:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment and reassessment of the patient, taking into consideration

the data collected by other members of the healthcare team. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the development

of the patient’s plan of care, to include preparation for the patient’s discharge, and required patient/family education.

Expectations are to be in compliance with actions permissable under the RN scope of service allowed by the California Nurse

Practice Act, Hospital policies and employee Code of Conduct, adherence to the professional values of Nursing, leadership 

of the Nursing patient care team, and collaboration with ancillary departments.

Must possess a current CA license and meet all specific department requiremenets. Possesses current ACLS and PALS certifications and/or obtain certifications within a 6 month period of hire.

ER RN-part time

Med Surg- Full time and part time

LVN, Home Health - The Home Health LVN has basic nursing knowledge, a repertoire of service-driven and patient-oriented interpersonal skills, and maintains standards of care for home health services within the framework of the philosophy and objectives of the Home Health Service Department. The Home Health LVN furnishes services in accordance with agency policies under a plan of care, prepares clinical and progress notes, assists the physician and registered nurse in performing specialized procedures, prepares equipment and materials for treatments observing aseptic technique as required, and assists the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniques. This position demands emotional stability conducive to dealing with a high stress level for 8-10 hours at a time associated with fast-paced responsibilities, rapidly changing priorities, creative problem solving, emotional demands of patients and their families. Must possess a current LVN CA license, CPR certification and California driver's license. Possess a reliable car, with safe driving skills, and current auto insurance. Experience in home health is desirable and a minimum of one year of experience as a LVN is required.
