Is responsible for the continual assessment of the patient, taking into consideration the data collected by other members of the healthcare team. RN is responsible for the development of patient's plan of care to include preparation for the patient's discharge and required patient/family education. Also responsible to provide leadership for the nursing patient care team and collaborate with departments. Must possess a current CA license and meets all specific department requirements. Possesses current ACLS and PALS certifications and/or obtains certifications within six (6) months of hire.

Critical Care Manager - A professional Registered Nurse responsible to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of patient care across life spans. Provides recruitment, professional development and evaluation of nursing personnel: assumes financial responsibility for the Emergency and Intensive Care Departments, monitors compliance to the annual operating budget, and develops and implements plans to address variances in performances. Requires current CA license, BLS, ACLS and 2-5 years clinical care experience preferred.
