Off-site Services

For the convenience of the community we have several off site facilities in Mckinleyville and Willow Creek.

In Mckinleyville we have Humboldt family Medical to serve your family medical care, Mckinleyville sports and rehab, and Mckinleyville lab draw station.

Willow Creek community we have Six Rivers Medical Clinic for family medical care, xray and lab. Next door you can find our sports and rehab facility which also is open to the public for a Fitness center.

Mad River Home Health Services are available to patients living in Eureka, Arcata, McKinleyville, Blue Lake and Orick. The office is off-site at 4605 Valley West Blvd in Arcata.

FlexEffect Facial Resistance Training is scheduled at the hospital for Bell's Palsey and Facial paralysis.
